Located in the historical city centre, this residential building is within walking distance of the city's beaches (Praia da Batata at 250 mts) and allows its visitors to explore the city without the use of a car that can be safely kept in the private underground park of the building.​

The building has an outdoor pool located on the terrace as well as space for loungers around it. The location is fantastic providing a unique view over the entire city, marina and ocean.

 

The building also features a heated indoor pool, gym, great to relax or get fit.

All our apartments are decorated on a different theme and are fully equipped with appliances and furniture, ready to satisfy any need of our guests. The kitchens are fully equipped. For those travelling with children, we provide travel beds, baby chair and baby bathing tub for your convenience.
